Phi777 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Phi777 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By creating a Phi777 account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a Phi777 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active Phi777 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation of these Terms.

Account registration requires OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number. You must have access to this number to complete registration and subsequent logins.

• Do not register an account on behalf of another person.
• Do not allow another person to use your account or access your credentials.
• Notify Phi777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Phi777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Phi777 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied to your balance — what you deposit is what you see.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer through supported local banks. Phi777 does not accept credit card deposits or cryptocurrency for wagering purposes.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

05 Withdrawals and KYC Verification

KYC is a one-time process per account. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard processing timeline. Phi777 reserves the right to request updated verification documents if account details change or if unusual activity is detected.

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Processing times vary by payment channel.
• Phi777 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld if your account is under review or if there is a pending KYC requirement.

If your KYC documents cannot be verified or are found to be altered or fraudulent, your account will be suspended and the matter referred for further review.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Phi777 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. Phi777 will not reverse a bet on the grounds that it was placed by mistake, unless an obvious error on the platform's part can be confirmed.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser.
• In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the platform at the time of placing.
